- 4 qts. popped popcorn
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. whole almonds
- 1 c. ribbon coconut
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 T. vanilla
Put popcorn into a big round bowl and sprinkle nuts and coconut on top. Cook butter, sugar, and light corn syrup until completely mixed together. Boil exactly one minute and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn mixture.
